Illicit Discharge

An illicit discharge is any discharge into a municipal storm drain system that isn't composed entirely of stormwater and isn't separately authorized under an NPDES permit — wash water, paint rinse, or uncontained concrete washout dumped into a storm drain are all common construction-site examples.

Compiled by the Reborn Rental team, backed by our field engineers and dispatch staff working Denver-metro concrete washout and equipment rental jobs.
