NOT (Notice of Termination)

A Notice of Termination (NOT) is filed to end NPDES construction stormwater permit coverage once a site reaches final stabilization — typically once disturbed soil has permanent vegetative cover or another permanent surface and temporary BMPs like washout pans and silt fence have been removed.
