Slurry

Slurry is the wet mixture of water, cement fines, and fine aggregate left over from concrete washout, saw-cutting, or core-drilling operations. Like washout water generally, slurry is highly alkaline and classified as regulated waste rather than something that can be discharged on site.

Slurry is typically allowed to settle and dry in a contained pan or bin, then hauled off with the solids for disposal — the same swap-and-haul cycle a washout pan is built around.
