depending on the quantity of pans on site, a knuckleboom crane truck or a tilt-hoist truck will arrive to pick up the pan. We will always first deliver a fresh empty pan before hauling off a your full pan.
Yes, same-day service is available depending on availability and a $100 same-day surchage is applicable, it is advised you ask for same-day service in the morning for the highest chance of service. Next-day service is Guaranteed with no surcharges.
We don't require, but encourage a member of the crew to be on-site during drop-off and pick-up. If there won't be one present, please renember to provide us with keylock access and placement instructions ahead of time.
